- Flooring: 20–30mm waterproofed, weatherproof plywood, with a 2mm PVC coating
- Windows: 2 opening windows with exterior shutters provided as standard
- Door: 1 lockable entry door provided as standard
- Various options available for plumbing, ready-made connections to the public water supply and sewerage systems or tank solutions
- Wall and roofing material: 0.5–1mm galvanised sheet metal
- Interior lining: hardboard, white or oak
- Electrical equipment: lighting, heating, sockets, switches, plus optional air-conditioning, IT and telephone lines and air-to-heat pump
- The container can be moved by carrying it by the corner castings or using the fork-lift pockets on the sides.
- Optional equipment includes bathroom furniture, water heaters, fans, sinks, urinals, taps, shower enclosures, air-conditioning
